A refundable caution deposit is required at or before check-in for stays longer than three nights. This standard fee covers accidental damage, missing items, or smoking violations. The deposit is fully refunded at checkout, provided the apartment is left in its original condition.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to apartment availability and may incur an additional fee.

All our apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke on the private outdoor balconies or designated smoking areas downstairs. An indoor deep-cleaning fee will be deducted from the caution deposit if this rule is violated.

Airport pickup can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges.

Yes. Parties, gatherings, and photo/video shoots are permitted, but they require prior approval to ensure our property can accommodate the event. We take great pride in providing our guests with a quiet, relaxing sanctuary. To preserve this tranquil atmosphere, unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. If you wish to host an event or conduct a shoot, please contact us in advance to discuss approval and associated facility fees.
