Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-out time is by 11 AM.

Occupancy

• For the comfort and safety of all our guests, room occupancy should not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed for each room category.
• Kindly note that additional guests may be subject to extra charges.

Respect for Neighbours

• Please maintain reasonable noise levels at all times, particularly during late evening and early morning hours.
• Disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and indoor common areas.
• Designated outdoor smoking areas, where available, should be used responsibly.

Care of the Apartment

• We kindly ask guests to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care throughout their stay.
• Guests will be responsible for any damage to the apartment, furnishings, or missing items, and the property reserves the right to apply appropriate charges where necessary.

Safety & Security

• Please ensure doors and windows are secured whenever leaving the apartment.
• For safety reasons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on the property.

Housekeeping & Services

• Complimentary housekeeping is provided according to the property schedule.
• Additional services may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Appliances & Utilities

• Kindly switch off lights, air conditioning units, and electrical appliances when not in use.
• Cooking should be conducted responsibly and attended at all times.

Pets

• Pets may only be permitted with prior approval from management.

Parking

• Vehicles should be parked only in designated parking areas.
• The property is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.

Lost & Found

• Items left behind after check-out will be handled through our lost and found process where possible.
• The property is not responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings left behind.

Compliance

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay where conduct is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests, neighbours or the property.
